Amesbury Soccer Association Spring 2010 Travel Registration is  OPEN. 

If you are interested in registering, you can register online or by downloading the registration form and sending it with the appropriate fee, id picture and birth certificate to:

If you download the PDF registration form, we will accept the entry by email if it has a digital signature.   Digital pictures for ID's can be sent by email to registrar@amesburyyouthsoccer.org.   No registration is final until the fee has been paid.

Teams will be formed by the third week in December, notifications of team placement will be sent out in February.  Contact the ASA registrar at registrar@amesburyyouthsoccer.org for any questions.

1. Tryouts for U14 Boys only!
1. Tryouts for U14 Boys at Woodsom Farm Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 3:00-4:30PM.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tryouts to sign in and wear the appropriate soccer practice gear (shin guards, socks, cleats and shorts).
2. Boys in Grade 6 (U12 eligible) who wish to tryout for U14 may do so.  Placement on the U14 team will be in accordance with ASA Operating Procedures.
   
2. The registration is for Boys and Girls:
U10 (Born between 8/1/1999 and 8/1/2001)
U12 (Born on or after 8/1/1997)
U14 (Born on or after 8/1/1995)
U16 (Born on or after 8/1/1993)
U18 (Born on or after 8/1/1991)

U19 (Born on or after 8/1/1990)

3. There are 3 ways to register:
1. Online, click here (you may pay with debit card, credit card or check)
   
2. By mail, download registration and mail it to ASA, PO Box 127 Amesbury, Ma 01913
3. In person, day of tryouts or at the registration night, Thurs, Nov 12th.
4. Each applicant is required to provide:
1. Signed Registration (accepting online agreement, when registering online)
   
1. Please list all previous Travel Soccer and Club Play experience.
2. Please identify primary phone number for contact purposes
2. Copy of player’s Birth Certificate
1. Only need if player has not played for ASA Travel in the past 2 years.
3. Passport sized photo of player.  You may also email a digital picture to registrar@amesburyyouthsoccer.org
   
5. Registration Fee:
1. $80 for first player from each family.
2. Deduct $5 for each additional player from the same family.
6. Late Fee
1. Applications received after Dec. 1st are subject to a $25 late fee.
7. Withdrawal - If any player decides to not play after his/her registration is received by ASA, refunds will be made under the following conditions:
1. Full refund if requested before teams are submitted to ECYSA.
2. Less $25, if requested after teams are submitted to ECYSA, but before 1st game of the Spring ‘10 Season.
3. No refund after the first game of the Spring ’10 Season.
