The Amesbury Soccer Association players, coaches and administrators are insured through Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association. This includes
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
- Directors & Officers Insurance
- Excess Soccer Accident Medical Expense Benefits
- Liability Insurance
- Crime Insurance
- Indoor Liability & Excess Insurance
Tournaments and events outside of the Massachusetts are not covered unless you obtained permission prior to the event. Permission can be obtained online at http://www.mayouthsoccer.org/pages/324_permission_to_travel.cfm. IF YOU ARE GOING TO A TOURNAMENT NOT SANCTIONED BY US YOUTH SOCCER OR ONE OF ITS AFFILIATES, YOU MUST OBTAIN SEPARATE INSURANCE TO COVER YOURSELF AND YOUR PLAYERS. The Mass Youth Soccer insurance, both general liability and medical coverage does not cover play in events not sanctioned by US Youth Soccer or one of its affiliates.
