 Leah Evangelista gave treasurers report

-after expenses and donations ~ profit only $1300,

-Fundraising $4100, Sal’s Pizza fundraiser paid $240

 Margaret had done some research for surrounding towns and what their fee’s are in comparison to ours. 

Cashman field is available this spring for U14 players.& U16 players

To keep U10 & U12 Minutes for Oct. 21, 2007

players at NESS must raise fee

Ed Campbell and Margaret will check into up keep of fields at Woodsom Farm for future use.

Margaret –Took back motion for U10 and U12 players at NESS.  Then made a new motion to have U10 & U12 players play games at Woodsom and have U14 & U16 play at have U14 & U16 play at Cashman.  Voted and passed unanimously

Margaret will respond back to NESS in the form of an email ~ since given the opportunity of having the Cashman field for the older kids, we will keep the younger kids at Woodsom. 

Family cap- to be discussed for summer league

Fee for travel will stay at $80 and will keep the $5 discount for additional family members

Travel Registration at Cashman-Alan will send Colleen information to go into the poly’s, set to go in on Oct. 31^st,  Nov. 8^th, and Nov. 15^th.

Margaret will get information about cleat exchange into the 2^nd announcement

MVP league-Merrimack, Nwpt , W. Newbury, & Groveland (under U10)Board meeting coming up and when do the registrations need to be in – suggest after summer league and target it for the fall.  Pitch it to the 1^st and 2^nd graders, Margaret will continue the conversation with MVP and keep us posted.  (Any new 2^nd graders coming in the Fall and first graders that want to play more competitively)
 
Discussed board member positions and their responsibilities and conflicts of interest. Proposed changes to the Operating Procedures include and will be voted on at our next meeting.

Possibility of making subcommittee instead of having too many board members, put out a sheet for sign ups for more volunteers at registration night. 

Sign ups after Dec 15^th  will have the late fee will apply, and a refund will be given back as long as they withdraw before the first game.

Ed Campbell-come up with a draft for the subcommittees.
